The Opportunity

As a Finance Transformation - Working Capital Consultant, Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management, and commodities. You will work closely with clients to analyze financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role within our Finance practice, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Directing the team through complexity, you will demonstrate composure through ambiguous situations. Your commitment to excellence and ability to initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels will be key to driving results and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial advisory services related to corporate finance, treasury management, and commodities
• Analyzing client financial needs and developing strategies for capital structure optimization
• Managing liquidity and cash flow to support client financial goals
• Providing guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic financial story
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities
• Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine financial strategies
• Guiding large-scale projects to successful completion
• Directing teams through complex financial scenarios with composure and strategic insight
• Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
• Utilizing skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management to drive results
• Collaborating with clients to optimize working capital and improve financial performance
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in finance consulting

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Finance & Technology
• MBA preferred
• Demonstrating advanced skills in financial modeling and forecasting
• Thorough understanding of corporate treasury
• Implementing Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba) and Payment tools
• Utilizing knowledge of bank connectivity alternatives and Treasury Management systems to optimize working capital
• Applying knowledge of global liquidity management techniques and analytical thinking to solve complex financial challenges
• Leading teams in strategic planning and financial strategy development
• Excelling in crafting and presenting impactful financial reports
• Engaging in innovative approaches to financial risk management

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
