Our client, a long-standing and reputable company, is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Financial Accountant to join their family office. Responsibilities:

  • Manage QuickBooks expenses and accurately transform them into detailed spreadsheets to help inform strategic decision-making.

  • Perform daily spreadsheet management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Oversee and track property-related expenses for various operating companies.

  • Assist with various filings and tax preparations for small operating businesses.

  • Reconcile expense reports and manage daily spreadsheets, adhering to existing processes.


Qualifications:
  • CPA required
  • ?Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge, including proficiency with pivot tables, functions, and converting PDFs to spreadsheets.

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks

  • Strong critical thinking skills to creatively solve problems while meticulously following established processes.

  • Experience in a family office or a small accounting firm dealing with owner-operators and small businesses is considered beneficial.
