As Financial Accountant, you will manage accounting functions across multiple entities, including real estate partnerships, corporate operations, and personal financial accounts. This role offers hands-on involvement in the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and process improvements within a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
Maintain and reconcile general ledgers across multiple entities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
Varied accounting projects
Assist with cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
Communicate with team members throughout the organization
Provide financial insights and recommendations to ownership and leadership
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and internal controls
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience in commercial real estate, property management, or similar industries
Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting
Experience with accounting software (Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
High level of discretion, accuracy, and organizational skill
