Financial Accounting Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic forecast updates
- Oversee month-end and year-end close activities in partnership with Corporate Accounting
- Prepare and analyze monthly KPIs, financial statements, and business performance reporting
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate intercompany accounting and eliminations
- Manage audit processes and support regulatory compliance efforts
- Review and strengthen internal controls while ensuring adherence to GAAP standards
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting and financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing finance
- Experience with SAP and/or Global Shop Solutions
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Proven experience managing general ledger activities, financial close processes, and financial reporting
