financial well-being. WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Financial Advisor is
responsible for meeting with members and prospective members to discuss
their financial goals and objectives, recommend appropriate solutions,
and monitor portfolios for changes in client objectives or the market
environment. Solutions include mutual funds, annuities, stocks, bonds,
insurance products, and fee-based advisory accounts. This role is
responsible for the retention and growth of Investment Service members.
Individual must be organized, self-motivated, and work well with others.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday
through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm and rotating
Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm at our Kenosha (Green Bay Road) Office;
exempt. In addition: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or
similar, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of investment
experience in financial services industry, preferably in a sales role at
a credit union or bank. Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Life and
Health Insurance license. Series 66 securities license, preferred.
Certified Financial Planner certification, preferred. Experience in
computer systems, including Microsoft Office. Customer service
experience in a financial services or banking environment. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with others.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, to include
organizing and prioritizing work. Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act
and all its provisions. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and
various background checks. Regular and reliable attendance at the
workplace. WHAT WE OFFER: The salary range for this position is $45,000
to $60,000 per year, plus commissions. In addition, we offer:
