The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team. Here at MassMutual Pacific you will own your book of business, attract new clients, and nurture those client relationships. As a new team member, you will provide personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate client relationships
  • Advise clients on investment strategies, aligning with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to build long-lasting relationships
  • Monitor financial market trends to ensure that the client's plans are effective.
  • Complying with all industry rules and regulations, and with the company's policies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role.
  • Health and Life License
  • Successful completion of FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • Understanding and experience with financial planning software
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role
  • Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
  • Passionate about providing excellent client service.
