Financial Advisor in Berkshire County Salary: $70-$120k base (DOE) plus commission Hours: Mon-Fri. 9a-4p (paid lunch) Location: South County, North County Our Client is looking to hire a Financial Advisor for their Berkshire County Registered Investment Advisor firm. As a Financial Advisor, you'll play a critical role in developing business, engaging clients, and delivering superior client experience. You'll operate in a supportive environment that values your input and autonomy. Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and life circumstances. - Financial Planning & Investment Advice: Provide comprehensive financial planning to clients and personalized investment recommendations that align with each client's best interests, adhering to the firm's fiduciary duty. - Develop new high-net-worth client relationships and expand current relationships. - Portfolio Management & Monitoring: Analyzing market trends and client portfolios to identify potential adjustments and make recommendations as needed, ensuring client investments remain aligned with their goals. - Compliance & Ethics: Operating in strict accordance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and other relevant regulations, including disclosure requirements, recordkeeping, and ethical standards.
