Financial Advisor (Series 65 Required)
Location: Elkhart, IN (On-Site)
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000

A rapidly growing wealth management and estate planning firm is seeking a licensed Financial Advisor to support client relationships, compliance, onboarding, and planning activities. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team where your contributions will have a direct impact on both clients and the firm's continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage new client onboarding and account opening activities
- Maintain investment policy statements and compliance documentation
- Support portfolio reviews and ongoing client service initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with clients and referral sources
- Assist with business development efforts and firm growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Requirements
- Active Series 65 license required
- 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, or related financial services
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment
