Qualifications** \' Bachelor\'s degree required \' Minimum one year of
customer service or student services experience ( as a student or
professional capacity). \' Ability to work respectfully and effectively
in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings. \' Ability to thrive
in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
**Preferred Qualifications** \' Financial Aid experience \' Experience
in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations.
\' Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information. \'
