Job Title Financial Aid Outreach Advocate Status Full Time FTE 1 Classification Title Classified Grade C Job Summary

The Financial Aid Outreach Advocate will develop and manage program(s) that target the retention, persistence, and completion of students in at-risk groups. Create and process applications for all internal and external scholarship programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Two (2) years of related experience (customer service, financial aid, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
  • Excellent customer service skills with diverse populations.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher Education / financial aid experience.

  • Writing Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Work Hours 40 Salary Pay range is $22.19-$34.67 per hour
