A Financial Aid student worker will assist the Financial Aid staff with various office duties approximately 7 - 10 hours per week. Tasks could include directing in person or phone inquiries to the appropriate staff, working with emails, document scanning and organization and creating or editing communications.
Qualified students must have a willing to learn attitude, organizational skills, effective oral and written communication skills and be motivated to help others.
Education: Current Lipscomb University student with Federal Work Study eligibility preferred
Experience: Some customer service experience desired.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills.
