Financial Analysis Manager

Location: Dover, DE
Schedule: Full-Time | Days
Salary: $111,000 - $172,000 annually

We're seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Manager to join a leading healthcare organization in Dover, DE. This is an onsite leadership opportunity for a finance professional with extensive healthcare finance experience and hands-on expertise with STRATA Jazz and healthcare forecasting.

Please Note: Candidates must have STRATA Jazz experience, healthcare forecasting experience, and a strong healthcare finance background to be considered.

Responsibilities:
• Lead cost accounting and service line profitability analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, productivity reporting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies, ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analyses using STRATA Jazz.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to improve financial performance.
• Support audits, cost reports, GME reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Train leaders on financial reporting tools and productivity resources.
• Supervise and mentor financial analysts and decision support staff.
• Assist with software implementations and strategic financial initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with STRATA Jazz is required.
• Healthcare forecasting experience is required.
• Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, decision support, and financial analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling and profitability analysis skills.
• Healthcare industry experience is required.

Preferred:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Financial or healthcare certifications.
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement, physician compensation models, bundled payments, and contracting.
