Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Create and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Perform variance analysis to understand the difference between planned and actual financial performance and provide insights for management decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage capital budgeting process, including the evaluation of investment proposals and ROI analysis.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure the accuracy of financial data in compliance with accounting standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance financial visibility and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize Power BI for financial data visualization and to facilitate business decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between financial forecasts and operational plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the Manufacturing/Industrial industry.
- Proficient in accounting, FP&A, industrial budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, capital budgeting, and journal entries.
- Proven experience in process improvement and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey financial data and complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
