They are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance, assess potential investments, and forecast operational expenses (e.g., staffing, medical supplies)
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation, execution, and review of annual operating and capital budgets
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analyses by comparing actual financial results with plans and forecasts, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions
  • Revenue Cycle Support: Analyze diverse sets of clinical and financial data-including accounts receivable, billing trends, and denial management-to identify opportunities for revenue optimization
  • Data Visualization: Translate large, complex datasets into easy-to-understand executive summaries, graphs, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
  • Decision Support: Partner with department managers to evaluate the financial impact of operational changes, new service lines, or regulatory shifts

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience, ideally within a hospital, healthcare system, or managed care environment
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, financial modeling). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, CorralData, Claude) is a strong plus
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical staff and communicate complex financial concepts effectively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
