Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis by evaluating performance data, building financial models, and delivering insights that guide strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analytics and reporting to provide business and functional teams with data-driven insights for decision-making

• Partner with the Finance Manager to develop and achieve the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts

• Provide timely financial analysis and support to other finance teams, including segment finance, to help interpret P&L performance

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial analysis, forecasts, and reporting through close collaboration with business teams

• Identify and improve processes to enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or related field (or HS/GED with 4+ years of finance experience)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

• Years of professional level accounting, finance, or budgeting experience in the public sector or

• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
