Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Financial Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.




This position is a Contract opportunity (6–9 months) that sits onsite 2–3 days per week in the Carrollton, GA area.



Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial and commercial reporting tools, including budget-versus-actuals tracking, inventory position reporting, and performance dashboards
  • Play an active role in the annual planning cycle, collaborating cross-functionally with go-to-market, customer experience, and growth teams to ensure alignment and accuracy across all business units
  • Deliver recurring monthly cost center analyses with clear variance commentary to enable effective budget oversight across supported departments
  • Develop polished, data-driven materials for leadership business reviews that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives
  • Partner with technology teams to enhance business intelligence infrastructure and maintain clean, reliable master data for reporting purposes
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities that streamline reporting workflows and elevate analytical capabilities across the organization
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support and respond to data requests from business partners and senior leadership as needed
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required; CPA or CFA designation a plus
  • 1–3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related business finance role
  • Advanced Excel proficiency — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and comfort managing high-volume data sets
  • Hands-on experience working within enterprise financial or ERP systems
  • Experience with Tableau or comparable BI/data visualization tools strongly preferred
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
