Responsibilities
Analyze and report KPIs to support business decisions
Perform complex data analysis and interpret financial results
Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models using advanced Excel functions
Navigate and extract data from large ERP systems
Support the C-Suite with clear and confident communication of financial insights
Prepare shareholder-facing reports with the highest attention to detail and accuracy
Embrace new technology, including Power BI and AI tools, and contribute to forward-thinking projects
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain composure under pressure
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional financial analysis experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and proven financial modeling expertise
Experience working with large ERP systems
Strong analytical skills with a background in data analytics
Exceptional attention to detail; accuracy is essential for shareholder presentations
Outgoing, communicative personality; comfortable engaging with senior executives
Ability and willingness to learn Power BI and AI technologies
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage change and pressure effectively
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
