Cooper Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and investment analysis across our real estate portfolio. This role will be responsible for evaluating property performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial performance of commercial and/or residential properties, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
Develop and maintain property-level financial models (NOI, IRR, cash flow projections, ROI analysis).
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the portfolio.
Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
Assist with acquisitions and dispositions analysis, including underwriting and due diligence support.
Monitor capital expenditures and track project financial performance.
Collaborate with property management teams to review operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reporting tools.
