Southern Michigan and Fully Onsite
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000

Are you a finance professional who enjoys analyzing data, improving processes, and turning numbers into actionable insights? We're partnering with a growing financial institution seeking a Financial Analyst who can provide reporting, recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.

In this role, you'll:

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and processes.
Support projects, system optimization, and financial initiatives.
Provide backup support for accounting and treasury functions.

We're looking for someone with:

Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or decision support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to move beyond reporting and provide recommendations.
Experience with reporting tools, systems, or process improvements.
Financial services, banking, credit union, or accounting experience preferred.
