Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role will support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate enjoys working with large data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business trends to provide meaningful recommendations to management.

• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business decisions.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis and executive-level commentary.

• Partner with operational leaders to understand business performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes by analyzing financial data and preparing reporting packages.

• Create dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into financial and operational performance.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, special projects, and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related experience.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.

• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning methodologies.

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward a professional certification is a plus.

• Experience supporting manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, construction, or service-based organizations preferred.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
