Job Summary
The Financial Analyst Coordinator provides financial and operational leadership for the College of Fine Arts, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, business operations, compliance, and grant-related financial activities. This position manages complex revenue and reconciliation processes, supervises three Account Clerks in the Integrated Business Unit, develops and delivers training on financial and procurement procedures, and serves as a subject-matter expert on university business operations. The role works closely with college leadership, faculty, and central university offices to ensure effective internal controls, regulatory compliance, accurate financial reporting, and efficient support of the college's academic, research, and auxiliary programs.

Expert in Excel, SAP/BW/Tableau Reporting, Strong communication skills and attention to detail
