A highly respected, mission-driven organization in Washington, DC is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. This opportunity offers direct exposure to leadership, strong mentorship, and a clear path for professional development.

What You'll Do

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze key business trends
• Partner with operational leaders to monitor budgets and financial performance
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools
• Assist with grant, program, or project-related financial analysis
• Help improve financial systems, reporting processes, and data accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, or accounting
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
• Nonprofit, association, government, or grant-funded environment experience is helpful but not required
