Financial Analyst

Salary: $60,000–$70,000

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Join a stable and growing manufacturing organization where financial analysis directly shapes production efficiency, costing accuracy, and strategic decisions.

  • High visibility role partnering with operations, supply chain, and leadership to improve profitability and strengthen business performance.

  • Excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, modeling scenarios, and turning numbers into actionable insights.

  • A great fit for someone seeking meaningful impact, ownership of key financial processes, and room for advancement as the business continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:

  • Perform cost analysis, margin analysis, and variance reporting across production lines and product categories.

  • Support monthly financial reporting, including journal entries, reconciliations, KPI tracking, and budget-to-actual analysis.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and operational decision‑making.

  • Partner with operations to analyze production efficiency, scrap, labor utilization, and material usage.

  • Prepare dashboards, financial summaries, and presentations for leadership.

  • Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and ad‑hoc analytical projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis; manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership.

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects.
