Opportunity: 

We’re looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in creating budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios and predict performance.
  • Support profitability analysis by program and site.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and identify key drivers.
  • Prepare reports on KPIs and financial metrics to support decision-making.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and ROI evaluations for business initiatives.
  • Assist with dashboards, visualizations, and management reporting.
  • Collaborate with site controllers on forecasts and financial reporting.

Your Contributions:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of financial processes and regulatory standards.
  • Interest in developing financial acumen and understanding business impact.
  • Willingness to learn internal systems, quality procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
