Summary:
Seeking a Business/Financial Analyst to analyze project cost data, create reports, and support financial/regulatory reporting. The role focuses on data analysis, Excel reporting, SAP data extraction, and tracking project spend across large capital projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project financial data, costs, and actual spend across multiple projects.
- Pull, validate, and transform data from SAP into Excel reports.
- Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reporting tools.
- Track project budgets, work orders, forecasts, and cost trends.
- Support regulatory filings and reporting activities.
- Work with Engineering, FP&A, Accounting, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
Required Skills:
- 2–5+ years of business/data analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, large datasets).
- SAP experience (pulling reports and analyzing data).
- Experience with project financials, cost tracking, or forecasting.
- Ability to manage and interpret high-volume data.
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in capital projects, utilities, engineering, finance analytics, or SAP reporting environments.
