Financial Analyst - Revenue Reporting & Analysis
Location: Greater Princeton, NJ Area ( onsite)
About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing and dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role will focus heavily on revenue reporting, revenue analysis, forecasting, and business performance insights.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets to provide meaningful financial recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reports
Monitor revenue trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to management
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
Partner with sales, operations, and business leaders to understand revenue drivers and business performance
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including revenue projections
Reconcile revenue data and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple systems
Create executive-level reporting packages and presentations
Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting requirements
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data integrity, and financial controls
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, revenue analysis, or related experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling
Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings to non-financial stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting
Advanced financial modeling experience
Knowledge of revenue recognition principles

Pay Details: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour
