    Description

    The Financial Analyst supports strategic decision-making by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data across the organization. This role develops recurring and ad-hoc reporting, conducts variance and trend analyses, and provides insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The analyst partners closely with the SVP & CFO, VP of FP&A, and operational departments in preparing operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and special project analyses.

    Key responsibilities include financial and statistical analysis across all business divisions-Casino, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, Other Income, Advertising, and G&A. The role also maintains financial databases, prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, and performs ROI analyses for proposed investment projects.

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent gaming/hotel industry experience.
    • At least two years of finance or related experience; gaming and hotel industry experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI) in addition to experience using PeopleSoft, Cognos, SQL, and generative AI.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain any required work cards or licenses.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
