Job Description
Kforce has a client in Mansfield, MA that is seeking a Financial Analyst/FP&A Manager to support financial planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis activities. This role is responsible for preparing monthly financial results, analyzing variances, consolidating information across multiple systems, and developing management-level reporting. The ideal candidate has strong FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work with large datasets while translating financial information into clear insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly actual financial results
- Consolidate financial data across multiple business units, systems, and data sources
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and management-level presentations
- Perform variance analysis and provide clear commentary on financial results
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and key business drivers
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and analytical tools
- Prepare financial schedules and supporting analysis for leadership
- Assist with quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Support executive and board-level reporting materials as needed
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to explain financial results
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of Financial Analyst, FP&A, or related finance experience
- Experience with monthly actuals and financial reporting
- Experience with financial consolidations
- Experience working with multiple ERP systems or financial data sources
- Strong variance analysis and financial commentary skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prepare management-level reports and presentations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
