IDR is seeking a Financial Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Franklin, Tennessee. This role involves in-depth financial analysis within the healthcare and managed care industry. The company is focused on driving business performance through strategic financial insights and operational efficiencies.
Position Overview for the Financial Analyst:
- Complete in-depth analysis including actual results vs. forecast/budget and historical results, monthly forecast vs. previous forecast/budget.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities associated with budget/forecast.
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial reporting package including key metrics for senior leadership.
- Communicate financial results and monthly forecast changes to senior leadership.
- Assist in the development of long-range plans to achieve objectives for growth and profitability.
Requirements for the Financial Analyst:
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting, required.
- 3+ years of related experience, preferred.
- Experience in managed care or healthcare required.
- Hands-on experience querying large datasets using SQL (Snowflake preferred) and leveraging tools like Python or Tableau to automate analysis and deliver insights.
- Ability to work on problems of diverse scope; where analysis of data requires evaluation of a wide variety of factors.
