Job Duties:
Assist in audit process
Review/audit quarterly fixed assesses for additions, true-ups, retirements, and overall maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
Monthly balance of inventories - board, WIP, FG, supplies, and intercompany charges
Assist with physical inventory of FG, WIP, Board, supplies, and Company Assets
Inventory monitoring - monitors raw materials and finished goods and reports on the findings to Finance manager and or General Manager
Assist with month end consolidation process
Coordinate with the various corporate departments to provide monthly financial information, as necessary
Review and problem solve discrepancies in the month end reporting
Assist with working capital for the plant and provide any necessary information to the Finance Manager or General Manager
Collaborate with other departments on creating pipeline of Margin Enhancement projects
Assist department managers with data input and monthly reports
Process improvement, monthly KPI reporting and consolidation tool implementation
Analyze financials for significant fluctuations and proper reporting presentations
Collaborate with AP/AR and production to correct errors, ensure proper timing, and application of revenue recognition rules, and approve AP monthly accrual
Review and analyze job costing reports and reports on variances
