About the Position


The position is responsible for supporting financial analysis and capital investment management activities across the portfolio and operations teams. This role partners with business stakeholders, program teams, functional groups, and operations to provide accurate financial insights, support gate review and capital approval processes, and track investment performance through actual spend analysis and forecasting. This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.


What you can look forward to as a Financial Analyst:


+ Support profitability analysis of customer, product, and portfolio’s as required by business stakeholders,

+ Support program teams in updating business cases for gate reviews and capital approval process,

+ Management of divisional capital investment approval process,

+ Support functional and operations to create investment application with all relevant data,

+ Tracking of investments including actual spend and forecasting


Your profile as Financial Analyst:


+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ 3-5 years solid accounting knowledge and good financial analysis skill/sense

+ Automotive or manufacturing experience

+ Financial system software familiarity (SAP)

+ Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint

+ Must be detail oriented with an attitude for continuous improvement

+ Self Starter with attention to detail, able to organize activities and meet deadlines

+ Proven interpersonal and communication skills are key

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
