Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (3 Days Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60 to $65/hour on W2

This role is responsible for providing critical financial insights and strategic guidance to business operations. You will play a key part in closing financial periods, analyzing performance against objectives, and developing robust forecasts. Your expertise will support informed decision-making and ensure adherence to financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze ledger accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Manage large datasets for financial reporting and insights.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting policies and ensure compliance.
• Ensure accurate accounting for all business activities.
• Provide financial guidance and support to various departments.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles. Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in finance, business, or accounting is required, with a preference for those with practical experience in driving business decision-making through financial analysis.
