Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
• Serve as a financial business partner to operational and segment leaders
• Own FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Support both financial planning and select general accounting functions
• Assist leadership with performance tracking, reporting, and forward-looking analysis

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field
• 1+ year of FP&A experience; manufacturing experience a plus
• Strong systems aptitude with the ability to build and maintain financial models
• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Desire to grow professionally in a fast-evolving organization
