Summary:
- Duration: 12 months
- Work Mode: Hybrid (mandatory 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Process routine/standard transactions according to established procedures and prescribed processes.
- Daily responsibilities may include analyses, report generation, opening new accounts, trade processing, payment processing, and data entry.
- Provide quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and clients.
- May provide advice and assist with training for less experienced team members.
- Handle branch inquiries and update requests received from clients regarding updates and research of cost basis in our Global Tax Lots system.
- Research and resolve transactional breaks that result in inaccurate cost basis requiring manual updates.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of rules and regulations, policies, and standards.
- 1 year or more experience is preferred.
