Financial Analyst

TRC's partner, a leading manufacturer in the powersports and marine recreation industry, has a direct hire opportunity for a Senior Analyst, FP&A in Kennesaw, GA.

This is a highly visible finance role supporting a major product portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong FP&A experience with ownership of revenue forecasting, cost of sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis, while partnering closely with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities for assigned product lines
Develop revenue, cost of sales, and profitability forecasts to support business planning
Analyze actual results against forecast and budget, identifying key business drivers and risks
Partner with product and commercial leaders to evaluate pricing, product mix, promotions, and profitability opportunities
Create and maintain financial models that support strategic and operational decision-making
Develop KPI reporting, dashboards, and management presentations that provide actionable business insights
Support month-end, forecast, and annual planning cycles through detailed financial analysis
Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and analytical processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of FP&A experience with ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
Experience supporting a product, business unit, category, or P&L preferred
Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, cost of sales analysis, gross margin, and profitability drivers
Advanced Excel skills and experience building complex financial models
Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools such as Power BI
ERP experience preferred, SAP a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
