What You'll Do:
As a Financial Analyst, you'll support organizational success through advanced financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. In this role, you will:
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Collaborate with Administration and department leaders to support data-driven decision making
- Train and mentor Level I and II finance team members
- Support process improvement efforts through automation and efficient resource utilization
- Stay current on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of financial and operational information
- Continue performing key responsibilities associated with Level II finance functions
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications-
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of accounting, finance, or related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications-
- Healthcare accounting or finance experience
- CPA designation and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Experience presenting financial insights to leadership teams
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $25.92 - $38.28 per hour
