Financial Analyst
Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Construction and Accounts Payable teams by tracking, analyzing, and managing project costs during network construction. This role provides financial insight into network build activities, helping ensure budget alignment, cost control and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with evolving processes and will demonstrate strong communication, patience and professionalism when working with others.

Required Qualifications
· Proven experience working cross-functionally with Accounts Payable and Construction teams.
· Strong Excel proficiency, including the ability to analyze large data sets and identify actionable insights.
· Exceptional communication, composure, and adaptability in dynamic and sometimes high-stress situations.
· Ability to work onsite in Mason, OH, with occasional travel to construction sites.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in the telecom, fiber, or infrastructure industries.
· Working knowledge of construction project systems
· Familiarity with CapEx reporting, cost variance analysis, and project-level financial controls.
· Strong understanding of A/P workflows and invoice reconciliation processes.
