Description

Payrate: $30.70- $30.70/hr.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Pillars of success: Timeliness, diligence and proofing work, clear/consistent communication, self-initiated investigations into issues while developing solutions independently, working collaboratively with the finance team, and engaging with team culture
  • Submit daily pricing & audit claim/credits in SAP/ERP platform to submit and clear high volume deductions for Retail and Pro business channels
  • Aggregate and submit claim information
  • Perform end-to-end internal and external financial audit of Lowes monthly/annual program billing
  • Identify root cause, investigate, and develop solutions for pricing variance events
  • Ability to present analyses/findings in clear simple terms to Finance and Executive Leadership in weekly and monthly meetings
  • Provide recommendations on pricing/audit validations process improvements; create process improvement plans
  • Document processes and store in historical repository for future use in training and post audit validations.
 
Requirements:

  • Detail Oriented; thoroughness in work
  • Team-centered spirit, willing to pitch in and help when needed on projects both large and small
  • High level of enthusiasm, personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Dispute Process with external stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency Excel required
  • Ability to understand complex financial and operational processes

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.70 - $30.70 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
