Financial Analyst

Position: Financial Analyst

Location: Nashua, NH

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team to support our rapidly growing businesses. The position will be located in Nashua, NH, reporting to the High Speed Products Group Assistant Controller but will also support ACS division level requests as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the Month-end Group/Division closing process
• Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple operating units to support group-level reporting, leadership reviews, and decision-making
• Support Quarterly, Semi-annual testing of financial controls (SOX, Hard Close)
• Coordinate monthly accruals and other miscellaneous journal entries
• Analyze intercompany inventory levels to determine profit elimination
• Allocate shared costs among various business units
• Track and communicate weekly financial status to division management
• Support analysis and report generation for monthly forecast and operational meetings
• Support ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and special projects in partnership with corporate, internal audit, and divisional leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles
• Experience with intercompany revenue/order tracking and eliminations
• Strong financial reporting and analysis skills (preferably in a manufacturing environment) with the ability to summarize key data sets for executive review
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic to intermediate PowerPoint skills with proficiency in financial commentary
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and proactively drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, time zones, and all levels of the organization, including operational teams, finance partners, and executive leadership.
