Position: Division Financial Analyst
Location: Nashua, NH (Hybrid)
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally.
We are currently seeking a Division Financial Analyst to join our team to support our rapidly growing businesses. The position will be located in Nashua, NH, reporting to the ACS Division Assistant Controller.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple operating groups to support division-level reporting, leadership reviews, and decision-making
- Partner with functional leaders to support financial reporting, understand financial performance and investigate variances
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency through standardization and automation
- Maintain a strong internal control environment by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial reporting requirements
- Lead and support ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and special projects in partnership with corporate, internal audit, and divisional leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
- Proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, time zones, and all levels of the organization, including operational teams, finance partners, and executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial results and identify business implications.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills with proficiency in financial commentary
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and proactively drive results in a dynamic environment.
