Established and growing Property Management firm in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is 100% onsite in Walnut Creek, CA. $95,000 - $110,000K/ DOE. Netsuite is needed! NO REMOTE OPTION!Must be able to work 100% onsite in WALNUT CREEK, CA! No hybrid or work from home available. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE!

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Econ or similar with 2+ years of experience required!
• Property Management, Construction or Real-Estate industry highly desired
• Should have Advanced Excel, NetSuite required!
• Must have budgeting, variance Analysis, forecasting, modeling
• 100% onsite in Walnut Creek, CA -no remote option!! LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE!
• $95,000 - $110,000/ DOE
