As a Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and day-to-day operational finance across the business. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, gaining exposure to how financial strategy supports agency growth and performance.

This is a highly cross-functional role, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build strong foundations in FP&A while contributing to the operational success of the business. You’ll take ownership of key processes, support forecasting and reporting, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across teams.

What You Do

  • Support revenue forecasting across multiple brands, ensuring accuracy and consistency

  • Assist with capacity planning and utilization tracking to inform business decisions

  • Maintain and update financial models, assumptions, and forecasting tools

  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles

  • Work within Maconomy to support data accuracy and reporting

  • Own timesheet tracking across teams, ensuring timely and complete submissions

  • Ensure accurate and timely data inputs to support reporting cycles

  • Maintain and update key financial reports, trackers, and dashboards

  • Support the preparation of finance updates and reporting for stakeholders

  • Ensure consistency and integrity across multiple data sources

  • Take ownership of recurring finance tasks to improve team efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work

What You Offer

  • 2–3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role

  • Experience working with financial data, forecasting, and reporting processes

  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including data analysis and modeling

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders

  • Experience with financial systems such as Maconomy, NetSuite, or similar is a plus

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with willingness to take ownership of both strategic and operational tasks

  • Interest in building a career in FP&A or commercial finance within a fast-paced environment

  • Champion the use of AI tools and emerging tech to enhance analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency
