Duration :7 Months contract ( 50% chances of extension )

Hybrid: 3 days in office | 2 days remote

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of SAP systems
• Professional competency across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in generating and analyzing financial reports
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate timely corrections
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with month-end close reporting and variance analysis
• Ability to extract and compile historical data into Excel
• Experience in maintaining and updating data structures for variance reporting

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze SAP financial reports to track O&M and Capital actuals against budgeted plans
• Extract and compile historical SAP Capital expenditure line-item data into Excel
• Perform line-item data extractions from SAP to investigate and analyze actual variances on internal orders
• Maintain and update SAP internal order groups to ensure accurate data structures for O&M variance reporting
• Collaborate with Electric Operations stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely monthly work order settlement corrections
