Salary: $105k - $120k plus bonus

Responsibilities

• Create financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Analyze financial results, identify performance trends, and provide insights into factors impacting business outcomes.
• Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support operational decision-making.
• Enhance reporting processes and analytical tools to improve efficiency and data visibility.
• Support accounting activities, financial reporting, and control processes.
• Assist with documentation, compliance activities, and periodic reviews.
• Complete additional analytical projects and reporting requests as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Experience improving processes, analyzing trends, and supporting business initiatives.
• Knowledge of financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
