Job Summary
Bobrick is hiring a Financial Analyst based out of our North Hollywood corporate headquarters. This is an entry-level position reporting to the FP&A Manager and is responsible for supporting a broad range of financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement activities that help drive informed business decisions across the organization. Primary areas of focus may include budgeting, commissions, margin analysis, and other financial reporting needs.
A key focus of this role is supporting the maintenance, governance, and overall integrity of financial data and reporting. As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with the Principal Financial Analyst to maintain, enhance, and scale financial datasets, reporting tools, and reporting infrastructure. This includes contributing to improvements in data quality, structure, accessibility, and consistency across systems and reports.
You will also support the preparation, validation, analysis, and improvement of recurring financial reports and management information used throughout the business. You will assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, improving reporting workflows, and supporting process automation initiatives that increase reporting efficiency and accuracy over time. In addition, this position may contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and other financial planning activities through data collection, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial datasets, reporting tools, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment across systems and reports
Assist in maintaining and validating key financial data sources, including investigating discrepancies, reconciling data issues, and supporting corrective actions
Assist with the development and distribution of recurring financial reports and dashboards, with exposure to automation and process improvements over time
Develop and manage KPI reporting, including maintaining existing reports and creating new metrics aligned with business objectives
Coordinate data collection, validation, and analysis for the company's annual P&L, forecasting, and other financial planning exercises
Partner with departmental leads to track financial performance against budgets and ensure alignment with reported data
Contribute to assigned projects and provide analytical support for department and business initiatives as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
0-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, reporting, internships, or related analytical work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, variances, and data issues
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an increasingly sophisticated department
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or prior experience in FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, or business analysis
Familiarity with Power BI
Experience working with ERP systems, financial databases, or automated reporting tools
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and variance analysis
Basic understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and process improvement concepts
Location: North Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $90,000.00 - 102,000.00
