Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst provides critical support through analyzing, measuring, and guiding membership business performance. This high impact role provides direct financial and operational support to senior decision makers, and will partner with key stakeholders within Marketing, Partner Success, Operations, Finance, and IT.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes all major revenue generating channels of Marketing, supporting multi-product membership initiatives.
- Provides critical monthly variance analysis and clearly demonstrates the operational drivers behind performance, comparing actuals vs. forecast, budget, and prior year
- Partners with Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT and Partner Success to drive data-informed business decisions to optimize revenue performance
- Prepares, analyzes, and continually enhances critical ROI reporting, delivering actionable insights on profitability, pricing, retention and growth opportunities for executive review
- Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and influence potential outcomes based on supported analysis ensuring the integrity, accuracy and validity of information being reported
- Consolidates and prepare monthly business review packages for senior management each month
- Develops and maintains dynamic financial models using Excel, Alteryx, Hyperion and Tableau to evaluate customer lifetime value, ROI, net present value (NPV), and campaign profitability (IRR) across marketing channels
- Supports on-going initiatives to automate, improve and streamline the analysis and reporting process; develops exception reporting, builds quality controls, and offers insights and improvements on data discrepancies

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant business analytics experience or education
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling with exposure to reporting tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
- Demonstrated success building, maintaining, and governing analytical models
- Able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels, including presenting ideas and analysis to senior management
- Well organized, detail oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent tasks
- Able to work effectively in a team setting, including being receptive and objective when encountering diverse points of view
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Salary Range (Norwalk, CT): $68,966.38 - $91,955.17
Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
