Financial Analyst

Operations Support Admin
Pay: $33
Schedule: M-F 7AM to 4PM (with possible weekend days on season) 
Contract Length: 5 Months 
Start Date: August 10th 
 
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a dynamic business environment. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, developing forecasts, and partnering with multiple departments to provide insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of metrics, scorecards and reporting for assigned function.
  
  Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards and reports.
  
  Provide FP&A support as needed.
  
  Serve as a business partner on accounting and finance related questions.
  
  Participate in annual operating plan and strategic plan preparation.
  
  Update monthly forecasts and communicate changes and risks.
  
  Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities.
  
  Provide financial analysis and modeling for business requests.
  
  Support project work across multiple financial disciplines.
  
  Participate in finance-wide projects based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• MBA or CPA/CMA certification preferred
• 3+ years of professional business and financial experience
• Experience working across multiple departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP or similar software preferred
