The Job You Will Perform:
This Financial Analyst position is responsible for managing and resolving issues at the box plants driven by exceptions that impact OTC processes, such as, aged credits and debits, customer disputes related to price, quantity PO, master data discrepancies, and EDI processing issues.
Collaborate with plant corporate teams to understand existing issues and inefficiencies and propose corrective actions at the plant.
Identify process improvement opportunities that reduce the number of exceptions.
Review/analyze key performance measures to determine progress and improvement opportunities.
Control report review and approval.
Provide plant training on EDI process and support
Cross train and provide support in all areas of Order to Cash
Role will be responsible for the OTC exception management of 40-50 box plants.
The Skills You Will Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to analyze information and manipulate data.
Able to produce accurate work on a timely basis.
Able to handle multiple tasks and interruptions.
Comfortable working both independently and as a member of a team.
Minimum 2 years successful plant accounting experience with accounting functions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Proficient in Process Management, Policies / Procedures adaptation/implementation, Problem Solving, Systems Knowledge
