Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders—including portfolio managers, custodians, and clients—to resolve cash/trade breaks and communicate critical information affecting core transfer agent processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by performing root-cause analysis on complex data trends, identifying processing inefficiencies, and executing actionable recommendations to improve fund and cash operations.
- Lead business unit projects and organizational initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality review procedures while coordinating team members to address operational concerns and deliver timely reporting.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelors degree is highly preferred
- 2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience
- Knowledge of Transfer Agent systems
- Advanced Excel skills with SQL, and Power Bi experience preferred

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Hourly $32.00 to $35.00
