Salary: $70,000–$85,000
We are partnering with a dynamic, growth-oriented organization seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. This role offers a strong mix of financial modeling, reporting, and operational analysis, with strong visibility across the business.

The Financial Analyst will build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
The Financial Analyst will prepare dashboards, reports, and financial presentations for leadership
The Financial Analyst will partner with accounting to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives and performance review
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
